COMMUNICATION ABOUT PROPS

 Communication About Props

As a group, we decided to source the majority of our props from Amazon as there were specific requirements in the items that we needed, such as the colour of the funnel, and the colour of the zip ties. There was the exception of a few larger props that could be considered as a part of the set, such as the workbench, chair, and mirror - these would be sourced from physical stores or from Hurtwood. We collectively agreed as a group that I would be in charge of props as I am a day student and it is much easier for me to access stores or have things delivered should I need to. The first step I took was that I contacted my group and asked them if they would be happy to split the costs between the three of us for £60 which they were perfectly fine with (Lila agreed via messaging and Matthew verbally). Lila offered for us to use her sister's record player as they tend to be expensive and finding one in a charity shop would not be guaranteed.

I then refrained from emailing any heads of department before finding out an actual shoot date, but instead emailed Mike and Luke with questions confirming if we could source the props from campus and about transportation.
