Discussing the Reflection of our Test Shoot.
To ensure that all group members felt the same regarding what went well and what could be improved within our opening sequence test shoot, we communicated face to face and via messages.
To simplify things, I sent a bullet point list over our group chat of the main issues I personally noticed, and my group agreed verbally. As the editor, I had the main input as I ultimately was the person who was overseeing the footage post shooting (though my group members did have access to the clips as I uploaded them to a shared google folder).
